Animal Surrenders

If you can no longer care for your pet, we are here to help.

• To have your dog considered for intake, please complete the form below to be placed on our waiting list.
• When we are able to take your pet, an appointment will be scheduled.
• Surrender requests are scheduled by appointment for an evaluation, which includes a brief behavior and health assessment.
• Medical records will be reviewed at the time of surrender.
• Surrender appointments usually take about 30 minutes.
• *We request a surrender fee to help offset the cost of caring for the animal being surrendered until adoption.

Surrender Fees

Feline: $50

Canine: $100

** We cannot take in cats or dogs with aggressive behavior or bite histories.
